A very wet Wednesday did not stop me from joining fellow foodies at Grange Restaurant and Bar to follow Executive Chef Michael Tuohy on a tour of the farmer’s market in downtown Sacramento’s Cesar Chavez Plaza. A trip to the farmer’s market was the perfect way to start off the day. Table after table of yummy veggies… Just a small sample of the flowers… There were probably 5 or more flower stations. I refrained and didn’t pick any up this time. I had purchased sunflowers from Trader Joe’s that lasted 10 days …
